When you decide Pitts Photography is who you'd like to capture your wedding day, (because why wouldn't you?),  we ideally, will kick things off with an in person meeting to

A. make sure we click,

B. to go through the wedding contract so we are on the same page, and

C. to discuss exactly what you can expect from us. 

And most importantly, to get to know you since we are spending the most important day of your life with you! This is a big deal and we treat it as such from the very beginning.  We want to hear how you met, how the proposal went down...all the details. 

 

Understanding you helps us understand how to best capture you.

All packages require one third of the total amount due as a deposit.  This, and a signed contract will secure the date.

The next step is the Engagement Session!  We will decide what time of year and what location best suits your style and get it on the calendar.  The engagement session are always so much fun!

Have questions along the way as far as wedding timeline, how to keep guests entertained, what works and what doesn't?  We aren't wedding planners but we've shot dozens and dozens of weddings and can help and this service is offered in our VIP session.

Before the wedding day we will need a wedding day timeline and a list of family shots and anything outside of the norm you would like captured.

After the wedding photos I ALWAYS post several photos within 24 hours on social media so you have something to keep you happy while we edit the rest. Photos are guaranteed delivery in 45 days (we aim for 30) and will be delivered in two links sent to your email; one to download the digital files and the other a link to a gallery in chronological order of your day (perfect for those who couldn't attend in person to view) and it's also where you can purchase archival quality images in a huge variety of sizes and finishes.
