So we are in budget, now what?

You've viewed our work - you like our style - we fit your budget - now what? When you decide Pitts Photography is who you'd like to capture your wedding day, (You have excellent taste, by the way!), we ideally, will start this journey with an in-person meeting or a Zoom call to go over the wedding contract, discuss our approach, and dive into your wedding plans. We like to take this in person or Zoom meeting to get to get to know you a little - we want to hear your story—how you met, the proposal, and all the beautiful details that make your story unique. Getting to know you allows us to understand the best approach to photograph you.

You love us, you really love us!

You're ready to take the next step! Now, let’s discuss the details, including contracts. To secure your date, all packages require a deposit of third of the total amount, along with a signed contract. After that, we can dive into the planning phase! Next is the Engagement Session! Check out our previous engagement sessions for some inspiration. We'll work closely to determine the best time of year and location that fits your style and get it scheduled. These sessions are all about celebrating you, the lovely couple! If you have any questions about the wedding timeline, guest entertainment, or what works best we're here to help. While we're not wedding planners, our experience from shooting weddings allows us to offer valuable insights, included in our Love Story package. Leading up to the big day, we'll need a wedding day timeline and a list of family shots, as well as any special requests for unique captures. We're excited to assist you!

The big day has arrived!

We pride ourselves on punctuality, often arriving early to observe the atmosphere and plan our approach. While Brian is with the guys, Susan will focus on capturing those intimate hair and makeup moments with the girls. We ensure no details go unnoticed. We set up lighting for the cherished ceremony shots so they're captured beautifully. After the celebration, expect a sneak peek of several photos within 24 hours on social media, with guaranteed delivery of your full gallery within 45 days (we always aim for 30).
